Thank you for choosing to enrol in Acekube’s training courses. We are committed to providing a valuable learning experience. The terms and conditions governing our refund and cancellation policy are mentioned below. By purchasing a course from Acekube, you agree to comply with these terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
 
Certification Cost:
Training cost for SAFe courses includes Scaled Agile’s certification cost for one attempt.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation made 14 days or more in advance of the training date will incur a 10% fee. Cancellation made within 4 to 13 days before the training date will incur a 50% fee. Cancellation made less than 4 days before the training date will incur 100% fee.

No Show:
In case of no show, no refund will be provided but training can be rescheduled  by paying $250 rescheduling cost.
 
Rescheduling: 
Training rescheduled 3 days or more before the training date will not incur any charges. Rescheduling the training in the last 72 hours will incur a cost of $250 per participant.

Refund Policy:

Purchases made from REED.co.uk website: 

Under REED's policy, you may cancel your purchase made through their website for the course within the period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the contract of purchase is concluded. This is called a "Cancellation Period". Note that if you redeem your voucher during the Cancellation Period, you can expressly request to begin providing the course materials and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel the purchase of the course and get any refund for it.

1.⁠ ⁠Kindly note the trainer details provided at the time of booking are only for reference. The trainer for the actual session may be different.

 

2.⁠ ⁠The website follows the base currency as USD. The amount shown in the other currencies on our website are for reference only. The exchange rates and commission charges are decided by customer’s credit card or debit card provider. Our systems only informs the USD amount to the booking platform.
